Comments: As always the staff at inidaho were excellent and friendly, however upon arriving at our hotel we were only booked for 1 night, not the 2 we had received confirmation on and the room type change we had requested to a king which also was not in the system. When we went to get our water rental on the day of we were given an address that did not exist which was frustrating and meant we were 20 minutes late for our meeting. However, we were able to call inidaho and get the correct address and once again received very friendly service and an apology for the mix up which was appreciated!
