Comments: My stay at Hotel McCall was very pleasant. The major problem I had was that your staff did not mention that I could not receive my AAA membership discount if booking through InIdaho. I was never told that I could book directly with Hotel McCall and receive the discount (a benefit I pay for). I felt that your agency essentially 'took' my discount away from me...that was unfortunate and it cast some doubt on your motivations. This was made clear to me after discussing payment options with the helpful staff at the hotel. What wasn't this mentioned when I booked through InIdaho? The amount I would have saved was certainly significant. I will think again about how I book accomodations in Idaho after this experience. I appreciate your attention/ consideration of this matter and policy.
