Private beaches,pool, perfect grass, multiple gas grills ready to go whenever. Everyone smiling. Def coming back. The staff was friendly and helpful with our day before request. A little lighter than expected on supplies (soaps, paper towels, a hair dryer would have been really nice), and the bedroom doors are frosted glass which can make it hard for kids to get to sleep if lights in the living area are on. The outside and landscaping was extremely well maintained. The inside was dated, very 70s, but clean. Small fan available to use would have been nice. No hair dryer, the one their did not work. Bath mats were filthy dirty. No blankets on beds. I am assuming you do not wash the comforters with every tenant...yuck! Amenities were very nice. It had all the amenities and everything was in working order. We were within an easy walk of the town center for dinner and shopping.
