The desk clerk lied to me about access at check in and there is no after-hours access with the card key to exterior doors. No screens on ANY of the windows. The 'hot tub' did not operate correctly. The lack of maintenance is completely unbelievable. The hot tub room walls are sheetrock and the humidity from the tub is turning them to MUD and any metal in the structure of this room is nothing but RUST.   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three View Tim's review of InIdaho.com's service

We got there at 5:30 at night and our room still had not been cleaned and we waited another half hour or so. It wasn't a big deal at all, it just put a little damper on our stay.
