Overall Ranking out of 5		Mill Park Condos product reviewed:  Unit 03 Comments: As reported, many things were wrong when we arrived - a washer full of wet clothes, a dryer full of half dry towels and a full dishwasher! Not a good start. A lady was sent to clean the oven which was not useable until she spent 2 hours working to clean it. Overall Ranking out of 5		Mill Park Condos product reviewed:  Unit 03 Comments: Great location: walk to town and public beach: also near Ponderosa State Park. The condo is something like staying at your grandma's house-not super modern, but clean enough, roomy enough, and homey with the necessities. We would stay here again. The private beach is very rocky-bring water shoes-we used the public sandy beach. Bring your own dish soap, dishwasher detergent, bathroom and kitchen trash bags, cookie sheets, saran/ziplocks, MiFi. I was told the condo was dated -it wasn't that bad at all. Overall Ranking out of 5		Mill Park Condos product reviewed:  Unit 03 Comments: The location was fabulous. The condo was really outdated but to be fair, we expected this so we weren't surprised. We could tell the others had been updated and we would probably pick one of them next time over this one because of that. The kitchen was minimally stocked. There was not even a cutting board. It would've been nice to have dish soap or dishwasher detergent supplied. The biggest complaint was lack of wifi. This was listed when we rented but the neighbors who owned the unit next door said everyone has wifi there that's paid with their HOA so there is no reason unit 3 shouldn't have wifi. We expected the condo to be outdated from pictures and reviews so it was what we were expecting. Overall the condo was clean and it was awesome to be right on the lake with a private slip for our boat. We felt like charging the same amount for a smaller condo on the ground floor was not fair. We have usually rented a condo with two levels and there is so much more room for the same price. We were a little disappointed with that. This condo could use some updating in the kitchen and the carpets. But we did have a great time and will come back to mill park condos! InIdaho Ed. Note: This unit was $50 less per night compared to the second story units (#5-#8).   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three

Everything was within walking distance except the kayaking we did in the upper part of the lake. The condos were clean & well stocked with cooking utensils. # 3 was a bit smaller but nice to be on the lower level. Overall Ranking out of 5		Mill Park Condos product reviewed:  Unit 03 Comments: Unit #3. 1 screen missing, the screen on the sliding glass door would no stay on the track. The front door knob did not lock but, the dead bolt did, 2 bathroom doors did not lock, blinds in the living room where bent carpet by fireplace was burnt. Told lady in charge about problems. She was not helpful I was just telling her so there would not be any issues when we checked out. Not looking for a discount or anything for free. We have stayed at these condo's 2 other times and were happy with them. Both of these were upstairs. The downstair unit was very noisey from the people upstairs, just normal noise. Because of the construction of the condo's the noise traveled, just a fact. She sent a service man over to look at the situation, he sprayed WD40 in the lock and it worked a couple of times, measured the missing screen, and looked at the sliding glass door screen. The main problem with the condo was the lack of simple upgrades, the carpet was stained and dirty, the lights were broken or bulbs burned out.
