Whether you're traveling for business, around the corner or worldwide, Avis has programs like Avis Preferred Service and Avis International Assistance to make your travel faster and easier.

Most Avis rental rates include either unlimited mileage or a set number of included miles per day/week/month as part of the rate structure. If you exceed the number of included miles a mileage charge will apply for the additional miles driven. If there is a mileage allowance and an additional mileage charge you will be advised as part of the rate returned during a rate request. At most Avis locations in the US, the minimum age to rent an Avis vehicle is 21. Avis vehicles are equipped with all weather/season tires. Snow tires and chains are not available.

"Your reservationist tries to sell you a vehicle for more money.....larger vehicle, and would not take no for a answer. When I finally said please no thanks can I just get my car.....he was very snobish, and handed me my keys and said which door to take out to the lot! Not very pleasant after I turned him down."
