I have a quick question about Stedman...

Bedding: Master: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Twin, Twin Bunk, Bedroom 3: Queen, Bedroom 4: Double, Twin Bunk, Loft Twin Sofa Sleeper, Family Full Sofa Sleeper bed (9 Beds)

Description:
This is a great family cabin is about 3/4 mile to downtown and Payette Lake. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. It is also adjacent to a large, vacant field, making it great for snowshoes and cross-country skiing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your family meals together.

The main floor bedroom has a King bed, which runs adjacent to the main floor full bath.

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, twin over twin bunk beds, and a full bathroom, including a double sink vanity area, small balcony/ loft overlooking the living room.

Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a double over twin bunk bed and the other with a queen bed, half bath, daylight basement w/ exit to the outside patio, and family room with one full-size sleeper love-seat. Enjoy lots of privacy and nice views from the back decks.

Up to 2 dogs, with a 40-lb weight limit, are welcome too. (As long as they are on their best behavior!)

Parking: There are 3 dedicated spaces.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)

"Very much enjoyed our stay at Stedman. We were visited each day by deer. so enjoyable to watch, kids spotted skunks and fox within a few minutes walk from cabin. Close to everythinh in town."
