$29 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.

Description:
This is a cute single-story cottage on 3rd Street, located in the heart of downtown McCall. This puts you within walking distance to restaurants, Payette Lake, Public Beaches, the Marina, and shopping.

Enter to find an open floor plan with a reading area (several books to enjoy), dining for four, granite bar counter with extra seating, kitchen (no dishwasher), and living room with cable TV and DVD player. There is also an AM/FM Stereo for guest use as well as a barrel Checkerboard for game time.

Head toward the back of the house to find your queen bedroom with bedside lighting and attached full bath and laundry room. Extra towels and blankets located here as well.

There is another rental, Room with a View, which is located right next door if you need a rental nearby for family or friends!

Please note: Limited Parking! Parking is limited with room for only one vehicle in front. Must not block other vehicles. If parked, leave room for others to back up and exit the driveway.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
