Description:
This classic, lakefront McCall cabin has a panoramic view of Payette Lake. It offers 1 bedroom plus a loft, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, deck with BBQ, and lakefront access with private dock. The bathroom does have a tub shower (with detachable shower head) combo. The master bedroom is on the main level with the other sleeping area upstairs in the loft. The loft is not open to the downstairs (closed off).
Renters will be responsible for all costs of car removal if a vehicle gets stuck.
There are 2 dedicated parking spaces available in the driveway.
This home prefers 4 adults maximum out of the 6 person occupancy. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)

"We had a great time at Avery West. We have been going to Mccall every summer for years, always renting a different home or condo. Our kids love the more rustic ones so this one was great!! The view from the master bedroom was amazing...great to wake up to! Very hot upstairs, a couple fans provided but we luckily brought our own...definitely needs more! "
