You may directly contact Burgdorf Hot Springs, The Stage Shop, The Baum Shelter, or a private residence for lodging, which typically has a 2-night minimum stay).

"great people I got the snowmobile I wanted and the guys in the lot are nice people and very informantive of where to ride your sled and the good play stuff if your in to that stuff"

"Our ability to get snowmobiles and all the gear needed(suits, helmets, gloves, boots) at one location was very convenient and a big plus. We booked a half day ride and while on the mountain decided to ride all day. The staff was very accomodating and allowed us to keep them all day with no hassles. My only complaint would be that we reserved 8 of the 550 machines and had a few more experienced riders who wanted to upgrade to the 800 machines. I called the day before to ask if we could switch a few of them out only to find the staff somewhat unwilling to do so since the 550 machines were already loaded. We told them not to worry about it but I personally would've gone the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. Note: our experienced riders were pleasantly surprised with the power of the 550's."

"We about froze standing out listening to the guy explain how much the parts cost if we were to break something. We are all snowmobile people and appreciate what he was saying BUT it was way to much and to long."

Cancellation Policy**:(May vary with special rates,
packages & online bookings) Cancel up to 7 days prior and receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% cancellation fee. Final balance will be charged to card on file 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable at that point. If you need to cancel the reservation closer to the start date, you will be issued a store credit good for 1 year. We must receive notice of a no-show at a minimum of the day prior. Once the equipment is delivered to pick-up location, no store credit will be issued. We deliver equipment at 7am. SLEDS: Check-in at the McCall Office no later than 2pm, and be at the trailhead by 3pm. Guests arriving later will forfeit their rental fee and not be allowed to go out as we bring all snowmobiles back to the office in McCall between 4-5 pm. WATERCRAFTS: We use McCall City Docks to launch rentals. Please be considerate to others and either show up on time, or plan to wait, or notify us 24 hours in advance of a later check-in time. These requests will be made for 11 or 11:30am (more time will not be added to the backend of your reservation).
