This 3,bedroom, 2-bath condo boasts 1,200 sq. ft., sleeps six comfortably, and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with simple, basic furnishings, for an exceptional value. The unit is located above the outdoor community hot tubs. The building is accessed through a second floor exterior entry with interior hallways that lead you to the main entry of the condo, on the third floor. The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen you'll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, 32-inch TV, DVD player, and a stereo system with mounted speakers. From the living area you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two hot tubs.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a deck with mountain views, a spacious double closet, 21-inch TV, and en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share the full-size hall bath. There is a barbecue grill on the deck off the second guest bedroom. This unit also includes a full size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double door closet. There is ski storage in the hallway and one assigned parking space for this unit.

Unit A-7 General Policies:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire Reservation Fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including all applicable taxes and fees. Cancellations made thirty-one (31) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the rent plus the 8% Reservation Fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All reservations are subject to a one-time $150.00 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)

Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are

and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
