Description: This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a private bath and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Guests will enjoy the 42" flat screen HDTV after a long day on the course! This condo also has access to the community swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.
