Description: This condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 8 people. It is decorated very richly and comfortably. The unit has two TV's including a 50" Hi-Definition TV with surround sound, dvd players and cable. This unit also features a full kitchen, laundry, gas BBQ, covered patio and A/C.

Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation.
