Henrys Fork Lodge: Sample Menu

Description: Breakfast and dinner items may be chosen off of the menu. Boxed lunches are provided for fishing trips. The dinner menu includes 7 entrees, appetizers and dessert selections. A BBQ dinner is held every Sunday on the porch overlooking the river.
From 6 to 9pm every evening, complimentary beer, wine and appetizers are served in the River Room. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol if they prefer anything different than beer or wine.
Appetizers Gazpacho Andalusian, Baby Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Maryland Style Crab Cakes
Entrees Poached fresh Salmon with Melon Salsa, Blackened Halibut, Broiled fresh Hawaiian Swordfish, Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Duck Breast, Venison Grand Veneur, Medallions of New Zealand Red Deer, or Henry's Fork Special: New York Steak broiled, red wine sauce. All entrees served with vegetables and rice or potato.

Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit taken at time of booking. If cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival, deposit minus $40 is refunded. If cancelled 44 to 8 days prior to arrival, deposit if forfeited. 7 to 0 days is responsible for entire reservation. Groups taking 4 rooms or more will have deposit refunded until 150 days prior to arrival, and are responsible for full payment 60 days prior to arrival.
