"We had a great time at the Jazz Festival, it was nice to be on the campus and close to everything. We could walk to everything on campus if we wanted to. The condo was nice had everything we needed, it was clean and quaint, warm and cozy and a nice little kitchen just right for what we needed. Standard Studio Condo General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required at booking. For all ski package reservations, 50% deposit required at booking. All cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. For holiday periods: Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made between 90 and 31 days from arrival, the first nights lodging is forfeited. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of reservation. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
