This lakefront home is located on the Southeast side of Lake Coeur d'Alene approximately 40 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. It features panoramic Turner Bay views, private boat dock and large grassy yard. There are two spacious decks w/furniture. A large grassy yard is ideal for sunbathing (until 8pm during summer hours). There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and bedding for 8 people with a queen in each bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit for bonfires. This home is not available during the winter months.
No sandy beach, yard continues to the private dock. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $500 security damage deposit due at booking. If cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival there is a $300 cancellation fee taken from your initial deposit. If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival you are subject to full forfeiture of the initial deposit. Balance is charged 30 days prior. Discover cards are not accepted at this time. Additional 3% is charged to your reservation if you pay by credit card, waived if you mail a check. (May vary with packages)

"Wonderful place to stay. Great for kids. Top deck is all child proofed so I did not have to constantly worry about my 17 month old out there. It is also shaded. Bedrooms all have doors out to second deck looking out at lake. Very nice place to stay. Had to spend alot of time cleaning the day we left. Not quite sure what cleaning fee was for. All in all we had a great time."
