This custom lakefront home is located in the exclusive Eastside neighborhood with a private beach and boat dock. The home features 4 bedrooms with two bedrooms on the main level. There are 2 master suites with each one having a queen bed. The lower level has two bedrooms, each with 2 twins beds. There is a family room on the lower level with a queen sofa sleeper. This level opens out onto a covered lakeside patio with furniture in the summer. The covered patio offers a gas BBQ and unobstructed views of Payette Lake. There is also a fully equiped kitchen with a center island and a formal dining area, laundry room, internet, living room with gas fireplace and TV w/DVD. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking; final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $150.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50 change fee. Cancellations of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in a forfeiture of deposit of the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for the full balance of the reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)
