The daylight basement, which stays cool all summer and has a wood stove to keep winters chill at bay has outside access to the expansive deck, pool table, flat screen TV with VCR/DVD, full kitchen, full bath, laundry room and bedroom with queen bed. The main floor also has a wonderful deck from which to enjoy the scenic views, a second wood stove, large living and dining area, TV with VCR/DVD, gaming system, full kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms, one queen bed and one double bed. The upper floor has one bedroom with private deck, queen bed, TV/VCR, full bath and the bunk room with three sets of bunks, 5 twins (3 upper, 2 lower) and a double bed on the lower level of one bunk set. The kids can enjoy the table hockey game. With space for everyone, two kitchens, easy access to trails for all your toys or adventures, come stay in the mountains and make lifetime memories! Plenty of outside room for the kids to roam and everyone can enjoy the fire pit under the stars. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required at booking. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance if forfeited. $50 change fee if you change cabins. There is a two-night minimum on all properties. There may be a different minimum stay requirement during Holiday periods.
PLEASE NOTE: 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY DURING OUR WINTER MONTHS TO GET TO CABINS.
