This 1200 square foot, remodeled cottage is located in Downtown Sandpoint, only 3 blocks from shopping and restaurants. This home offers 2 bedrooms plus a huge bonus room and 1.5 baths. The front room has a computer and printer setup available for guests during their stay. This home is in a great location and guests can walk or bike to everything Sandpoint has to offer. The City beach and 3rd street pier are just blocks away. Enjoy the brand new kitchen, wood floors and great furnishings. Come and experience lodging in the truly unique fashion of victorian Sandpoint.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% deposit due at booking and balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days the deposit is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A damage deposit is required. 4.5% travel insurance is charged to balance. Only Visa or MasterCard are taken at this time. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 2-7 depending on season

Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am

Check in Location: Directions to the office will be sent out two weeks prior to arrival.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissue and towels. Also provided: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry soap (when applicable), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is not guaranteed for the gas bbq's.
