Description:
Nice big Lakefront home at the PERFECT location! This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms + bonus and media room. Enjoy comfortable furnishings, mostly brand new. There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, flat screen TV w/cable and DVD and a huge lawn down to the lake. The home has wireless Internet throughout. This property sits on a large private waterfront lot, close to downtown Sandpoint and an easy drive to Schwetizer Ski Resort, yet very private.

This property includes a private BBQ area, basketball hoop, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and huge lawn to the lake. Private boat dock with great swimming, beach, and fire pit.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% deposit due at booking and balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days the deposit is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A damage deposit is required. 4.5% travel insurance is charged to balance. Only Visa or MasterCard are taken at this time. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 3-7 depending on season

Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am

Check in Location: Directions to the office will be sent out two weeks prior to arrival.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissue and towels. Also provided: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry soap (when applicable), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is not guaranteed for the gas bbq's.

"This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed there for a week and were sad to leave. We rent about a dozen vacation homes per winter season in the top ski resorts in the US. But this house was the best we ever had. 5 star recommendation."
