Description:
This Luxury 3 bedroom plus a den with 4.5 bath home located in the prestigious gated community of Whitetail will not only meet but exceed your expectations. This home was designed to maximize the light and open spaces of the Golf course. Enjoy large windows throughout the home and either golf course or mountain view. The back deck features a BBQ and outdoor hot tub. With 2 living areas your group can spread out with sit by the fireplace in each room. A formal dining room is located off the kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms features one queen bed and the master bedroom has a king. The master bedroom features a fireplace, walk in closet, walk in shower, separate toilet, sunken tub and dual sinks and the hot tub is located just off the back door. This is a one level home perfect for anyone wanting to avoid stairs. The house is 4800 sq. ft. with both a living room and a family room. Whitetail Estate Cancellation and other policies:

Cancellation Policy: $100 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit and is also considered $1,000 damage and or missing inventory deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke. No refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. (May vary with packages)
