The Big Pine Lodge is located in the Heavens Gate Subdivision near Spring Mountain Ranch & the McCall Golf Course. This is a 5 bedroom 3.5 baths home that will sleep 10 guests comfortably. There is one bedroom with a full bath on the main level and the rest of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. This home would be great for family and friends to gather for a reunion or retreat. Enjoy the amenities in this home which include a formal dining room, laundry room, large outdoor deck and balconies with views and a double car garage.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "We loved everything about Big Pine.
Spent most of our time on the wonderful deck. The kitchen worked well for our group of chefs.
A little more living room seating would be nice. "
