Description:
Flying Deer cabin was built in the 1940's but provides the amenities of the 21st century. It's perfect for a romantic getaway or a cozy overnighter with the family in the mountains.

This cozy cabin has a 2 queen-size beds, and 1 full size bed with down bedding, a hand crafted wooden dresser, 2 showers, and a wonderful view of the serene outdoors.

Flying Deer cabin is located right next door to Sun Bird (sleeps 2). This cabin will allow a 1 night stay, except during peak or holidays.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 1-3 min, depending on the season

Check In/Out: 3:00 pm/11:00 am

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "Flying Deer is perfect for a nice vacation. It was so well put together and extremely cozy. Plenty of room and Great location. We will absolutely come back. Every need we had was met and the owners are available when help is needed. My family and I highly reccommend it"

"Salt shaker was broken. didn't realize there was no air conditioning. The upstairs loft was very warm and our kids had a hard time sleeping. The kitchen was very cool, but the upstairs and living room were much warmer. Would have liked a bigger bed in the master as a double is hard to sleep two on. Also would be good to have a fan of some sort in there as well, maybe some box fans available. Brought food to grill on, but the grill was not really available. Otherwise, LOVED it. So roomy, loved the trees all around, the big kitchen, everything was wonderful. Loved building our own fire right in the back. Kids loved playing upstairs. Would definitely come back. The kids keep asking when we get to go back to our cabin in the woods."
