Located in the heart of Elkhorn Village, this delightful home is both elegant and inviting and will certainly please guests who are looking for top quality accommodations. Winter guests will enjoy the private hot tub on the patio, the abundant light from the expansive windows and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the rock fireplaces and plush family room. Summer guests will appreciate the easy walk to the nearby pool and tennis courts and the deck provides a perfect place to take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying morning coffee or an evening gathering with friends.

This three level unit opens to a formal living area on the middle floor with vaulted ceilings, hard wood flooring, a wood burning fireplace and entertainment center. The picture windows have solar shades and lovely mountain views. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a walk-in pantry and bar seating for two. Nearby is a formal dining area that will seat 8, access to the large deck with a BBQ grill and furnishings, and a ½ bath for guest convenience.

One of the master suites is located on the middle level and has a king size bed, 2 walk-in closets, double sink vanity, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Upstairs are two guests rooms and a large walk-in linen closet. The first room has a queen bed and private full bath and the second suite has 2 queen beds, a gas fireplace, television, balcony, walk-in closet and a deluxe bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The ground level has a warm and welcoming den with a sectional sofa and large flat screen television with an entertainment system. There are two additional bedrooms each with a full bath, one having 2 twin beds and the other a queen bed. Guests may access the private patio with a hot tub from both the twin guest room and the den. This level also has a mudroom with a washer and dryer and ski storage area and access to the 2 car garage.

This home does have wireless Internet service, air conditioning and use of the Elkhorn amenities. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
