Description:
This nice four bedroom cabin is secluded in a quiet neighborhood located in the trees. The master bedroom and second bedroom is located on the main level with kitchen and living room. The downstairs has a living room with fireplace, wet bar and sliding doors that lead to the spacious yard.
Enjoy a campfire roasting s'mores in the firepit!
There is plenty of parking for cars or snowmobiles, may need 4-wheel drive in the winter. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit and is also considered a $1,000 damage and or missing inventory deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke. No refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. If you do not return your key to the office there will be a $25.00 fee per key. (May vary with packages)

"The cabin is roomy but the stairs to the bottom floor (where 2 of the bdrms are) was very steep and without a hand rail. The floors were in serious need of cleaning and paper products were in short supply. No kitchen garbage bags at all. With 7 adults coming from 3 different parts of the state, more than 1 key would have been nice."
