North Beach Family Cabin Pricing*:
$200 → Cleaning Fee This is a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee applied to all reservations.
$500 → High Season Valid 6/6 - Labor Day Weekend (including Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).
$350 → Low Season Valid After Labor Day Weekend - 6/5 (excluding Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).
(5 night minimum) Closes for Winter October 1st - Opens June 1st - formerly Ryan Lake House

This is a wonderful family home on Payette Lake. 4 bedroom 3 bath lake front home that sleeps 7 guests. Gorgeous views of Payette Lake.
The living area seats 9 and there are 15 seats around the dining table and kitchen. The downstairs has two Master suites. They both have seperate baths and king sized beds. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. The first one has queen sized bed and overlooks the lake. The second has a blow up single air mattress and is used as an office space. The home also boasts a large deck, sandy beach and dock slip.
The home is located about 5 miles down Warren Wagon Road. It is roughly one mile south of North Beach. This is a perfect quiet location on the lake. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.
