Located at the base of Schweitzer Mountain Road and just outside of Sandpoint, this 2-story, fully-furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a private retreat for everyone. The cleanest and most affordable ski vacation rental around! Situated on a full acre at the base of Schweitzer Mountain means room to run around, in any weather. Take in the expansive views of the treed community and listen to year-round creek flowing along the property. This home comfortably sleeps up to 9 people and offers plenty of room for everyone throughout the 1400 square feet of living space. You owe it to yourself to check out this amazing home!

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% deposit due at booking and balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days the deposit is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A damage deposit is required. 4.5% travel insurance is charged to balance. Only Visa or MasterCard are taken at this time. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 2-7 depending on season

Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am

Check in Location: Directions to the office will be sent out two weeks prior to arrival.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissue and towels. Also provided: 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry soap (when applicable), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is not guaranteed for the gas bbq's.
