This 3,300 sq. foot home will wow you as you walk into the large foyer. The beautiful brick stone design of the home carries through from the outside front of the home, to the living room and into the kitchen. Sit with your family and friends and enjoy the spacious living room with its lovely warm and inviting fireplace or hang out in the gourmet kitchen.
The first master bedroom is on the main level and is roomy enough for a sitting area. The stairwell opens into the office loft which has views through the 26 foot vaulted window wall. The second master has its own private bathroom. The flex/game room sleeps up to six and is down the hall from another full bath and third bedroom.
Guests will enjoy the private hot tub, pool table, entertainment system, gourmet kitchen and office complete with printer & fax.

Cancellation Policy: $100.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. A Rental deposit, which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost, is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If making your reservation within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. There is no refund of rent for an early departure. (May vary with packages)

"We enjoyed out stay at Timbercrest. We had an issue with the home when we arrived (leak in the roof dripping onto the kitchen floor), but the on site check in manager took care of things right away and it didn't impact our stay. All in all, was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again despite the issue. It is a beautiful home and great for two families to share. Might be nice to include some kid appropriate amenities (toys, games) in the future. "
