This is a cute little two bedroom one bath home featuring a gas fireplace. This home has been newly remodeled in 2009.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one nights lodging is required to guarantee your reservation. You may send a check or guarantee with a Visa, Master Card or Amex. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation prior to two weeks before your check-in date you will receive a full refund less $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations made after that will be penalized one night's lodging. During holidays and summer season, within 30 days, 1/2 of total stay will be nonrefundable. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 2-4

Check In/Out: 3:00-4:00 pm/11:00 am

Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent (in applicable units), all basic cooking & eating utensils and normally a roll of garbage bags. All linens are also provided and laundry soap (in applicable units). Firewood is provided for the properties that have wood-burning fireplaces. LP gas is provided for the gas bbq�s.

"Cute house, open floor plan great for visiting! Our only problems were lack of heat circulation - very cold bathroom (and toilet!) not ample paper products (ie toilet paper, papertowel etc.) No cheese grater either...overall very much enjoyed and the hot tub was awesome!"
