$90 → Clean Fee A one time clean fee will be added to all reservations.
$110 → High Season Valid 6/6 - Labor Day Weekend (including Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).
$100 → Low Season Valid After Labor Day Weekend - 6/5 (excluding Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).
No longer in rental pool after 7/15/13

This is a cute recently upgraded two bedroom home in east McCall. Enjoy a nice big deck for summer BBQ's. The home is a very comfortable original "cabin" with lots of charm. Enjoy a quite weekend away in a peaceful setting. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the den bedroom and a double in the open loft. The den bedroom does not have a closet. This home has a full bath with a tub and shower and parking for 2 cars. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.

"Mildew/mold smell quite strong. We owned a cabin previously that smelled the exact same for years. Come to find out a water line was leaking under the cabin with a lot of mold/mildew so we know the smell. Aside from that, the kids loved the cozy cabin. Great little place. Parking for only one vehicle (not even a trailer would have fit with our car) in the winter. Dishes weren't all clean in the cupboard and there's no dishwasher. Not sure we'd stay there again due to the smell."
