Description:
This 4300sq foot air conditioned home was built in 2008 and is a wonderful gathering place for family reunions and large groups. The main floor bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed, lower level bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each have a queen bed plus a twin bed, lower level bedroom 6 has a queen bed and a bunkbed with 2 twins. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities plus it has 2 waffle irons, 2 crock pots, a convection oven plus regular oven with flat stove top, toaster oven, coffee pot, coffee grinder, dishwasher and microwave. The main floor living room has a floor to ceiling rock fireplace (propane), plenty of comfortable seating and an open floor plan to the dining and kitchen area. There is a widescreen TV/DVD with Dish Satellite located in the lower level living room/den area. This home is located on 5 acres, surrounded by open space 6 miles Northeast of Driggs. The lower level living room/den has large French doors that open to the East for spectacular views & beautiful sunrises, there is also a wet bar with refrigerator, sink and counter top. There is also wrap around decks w/gas BBQ, laundry room, volleyball and outdoor firepit. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. If guest is renting more than 1 property, each property will be charged a seperate deposit. Where applicable, $50 per stay for 1 pet, or $75 for two. $100 booking keeping fee for cancellations. (May vary with packages)

Check in Location: Guests will check in directly at their accommodations and a map with a key code will be provided prior to arrival.

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) In each full bathroom: 2 hand soap, 4 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap when applicable, all basic cooking and eating utensils and garbage bags. All linens are also provided. Firewood is provided if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is provided for the gas bbq’s.
