$39 → Protection and Damage Insurance This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.
$195 → September 4 - December 23, 2013  Travel Insurance: The cost for insurance is 6.95%. This covers guests if they have to shorten their stay, if weather prohibits their travel, if they have a medical emergency or accident. They can be life flighted out, there is no medical deductable and covers emergency room care. It is a very comprehensive medical and travel insurance policy. It is not mandatory they take the insurance, but if a guests cancel their plans, we will no longer be able to give refunds or allow for date changes.

This wooded section at Tamarack Resort is home to many beautifully designed custom and estate homes. The Pinnacle area is close to the Village and provides a wonderful setting for your vacation no matter what the season. Great for extended families and friends, The Rock House offers a gourmet kitchen, vaulted great room with wood burning fireplace, a game room with kitchette and with large attached dining area and walkout to numerous patios and balconies with lake views. The Great Room is warm with an intimate seating arrangement, media center as well as a gas fireplace and wet bar. There is a 1/2 bath off the Great Room for guest convenience. The master suite has a gas fireplace as well with TV/DVD player and outdoor balcony and large private bath with dual sinks and jetted tub and tiled shower. Upstairs each bedroom has its own private bath and queen bed as well as a full sleeper sofa in each bedroom. The upstairs loft area is a private conversation area that opens to an office with printer and fax machine available to guests. The Media room has another gas fireplace, small kitchen, TV/DVD/Video system with card table and outdoor balcony. The Media room has a queen sleepers sofa with a full bath and sauna. Guest bedroom have showers only, full bathrooms have jetted tubs and the sauna is large enough for several individuals to enjoy at once and perfect to unwind after a full day of skiing or playing on the Lake. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
