$45 → Pet Fee There is a one time $45 pet fee, per pet on all reservations. If guests have more than 1 pet, you must get approval from property management.
$39 → Protection and Damage Insurance This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.
$550 → September 4 - December 23, 2013  Travel Insurance: The cost for insurance is 6.95%. This covers guests if they have to shorten their stay, if weather prohibits their travel, if they have a medical emergency or accident. They can be life flighted out, there is no medical deductable and covers emergency room care. It is a very comprehensive medical and travel insurance policy. It is not mandatory they take the insurance, but if a guests cancel their plans, we will no longer be able to give refunds or allow for date changes.

The outdoor wrap-around deck has 2 gas grills and lower terraces with patio.
