Travel Insurance: The cost for insurance is 6.95%. This covers guests if they have to shorten their stay, if weather prohibits their travel, if they have a medical emergency or accident. They can be life flighted out, there is no medical deductable and covers emergency room care. It is a very comprehensive medical and travel insurance policy. It is not mandatory they take the insurance, but if a guests cancel their plans, we will no longer be able to give refunds or allow for date changes.

Cottage 12 is conveniently located within walking distance of the Village, and with incredible views of the Osprey Meadows golf course. This two bedroom, two and 1/2 bath, home has a great deck for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Lots of trees surround this home, keeping it cool in the summer. TV and DVD players located in the main living room and upstairs guest room. Fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, king bed in master and queen bed in upstairs guest room. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Home sleeps 6.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: Guest understands that a $200 deposit plus insurance is required when the reservation is confirmed. The final balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the credit card on file. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties. Once reservation has passed the 24 hours grace period, an admin fee of $75 will be charged on any cancellations and the remainder refunded. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are considered under full cancellation penalty with no grace period. Guest understands they are under full commitment when booking within 30 days of arrival. We suggest travel insurance if you feel your plans may change. (May vary with packages)

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags (extras bags be found in the bottom of the trash can), dish cloths and sponges. Creamers, sugars, basket filters for coffee maker (some may not require them). You will find a packet for morning coffee and teas for that first morning. Body and bath soaps, laundry detergent, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, matches and fire starters. Each bathroom is equipped with a set of towels based on the amount of individuals the home sleeps. As we don’t allow our homes to be overslept, you will not find additional sets of towels or sheets. You will find two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a bar of facial soap and body soap. Extra light-bulbs and batteries for the remotes should they go out during your stay are normally found in a top kitchen drawer, or coffee table drawer or above the refrigerator. A bundle of wood is supplied during the winter months (Nov-Mar) for wood-burning fireplaces. Propane for grills.

"The cottages are an amazing value. I only had one disappointment with my stay, which was the bbq. The site says there was an available bbq, but there was not one. Other cottages did have them, but not 12. Other than that, great! "
