This is a new 2 story home with 2 car garage. It has a great deck to sit and enjoy your day or evening. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, the 3rd bedroom has a twin with a trundle bed, and the loft has a double futon, for a total of 5 beds. Amenities include TV/DVD, satellite, and BBQ grill. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit and is also considered a $1,000 damage and or missing inventory deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke. No refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. If you do not return your key to the office there will be a $25.00 fee per key. (May vary with packages)
