Birch Haven Pricing*:
$90 → Cleaning Fee This is a one time cleaning fee applied to all reservations.
$150 → High Season Valid 6/6 - Labor Day Weekend (including Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).
$130 → Low Season Valid After Labor Day Weekend - 6/5 (excluding Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).

This new home is situated near the McCall Golf Course. It is walking distance to downtown, Payette Lake and Ponderosa State Park. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Guests will enjoy views of the golf course from the patio. There is brand new furniture throughout the home and the kitchen is fully furnished including dishwasher, microwave, range and stainless steel appliances. A wood burning fireplace is just off the kitchen in the living room. This home sleeps 8 with a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, a twin trundle in the third bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the loft. The house also has cable TV with HD tv's and DVD players throughout. This home really offers the best of McCall with the close proximity to the golf course, lake and downtown. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.

"We had a wonderful stay and the unit was new and clean. The photo is a little mis-leading as it is part of a four unit building. Still, vert quiet and really nice location. State park just a few blocks away with beach, visitor ctr. and lots of picnic area."

"The kitchen lacked a few utensils and appliances that we would have liked. Also bath soap was not provided in the bathrooms. otherwise comfortable and clean."

"We had 8 adults. There was plenty of bedding and beds. The quality of furniture/beds was excellent. The kitchen was well supplied. We cooked at least two meals a day, and they had everything you would need. There was plenty of firewood cut for fires. We did have an ax to chop up some of the pieces for kindling. It was very clean. We would definately rent this cabin again. Enjoy!"

"Birch Haven met all our needs. We were able to cook most of our meals there due to a well stocked kitchen and the BBQ grill. The beds are very comfortable and the main floor bathroom setup worked well for us since we had several girls using them at the same time:)I will definately consider renting this place again while staying in McCall."
