Description:
This spacious and inviting cabin is located in Spring Mountain Ranch. The home is close to the public golf course and minutes away from Payette lake, Ponderosa State Park, and Downtown McCall. This fully furnished cabin built in 2005 has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and a loft. Bedroom one is downstairs with a queen size bed and it's own private bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom two and three are upstairs. Both have queen size beds, in addition bedroom two has twin size bunk beds and bedroom three has a double size futon. The loft makes a nice reading space or can also be used for a sleeping area, it has a double and twin size futon. When you return from a day of skiing sit and relax in front of the gas fireplace.
This home does not have access to the Spring Mountain Ranch Clubhouse.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.

"Property was wonderful for our 2 families totaling 8 people. Ammenties were somewhat lacking due to analog TV's (we're used to flat screens and satelite instead of cable). Overall the home was beautiful and we all definitey enjoyed the fireplace! Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay at Aspen Ridge again. The location is perfect! "
