Ponderosa Cottage Pricing*:
$90 → Cleaning Fee One time clean fee applied to all reservations.
$170 → High Season Valid 6/6 - Labor Day Weekend (including Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).
$150 → Low Season Valid After Labor Day Weekend - 6/5 (excluding Christmas week, New Years and Winter Carnival).

Enjoy a 2 car garage, big yard and plenty of parking for snow mobile trailers or boat trailers. Recently renovated three bedroom house sleeps 9. Walk to the lake, minutes from downtown McCall and right at Ponderosa State Park. The home has Direct TV, pellet stove and everything in between to make your visit to McCall something special. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.

"We love the little yellow house. My kids didn't want to leave it was the perfect location with the beach and the State park a block away. The two car garage was great and I loved having a kitchen stocked with cooking needs we have a little one that doesn't do so well at eating out so it was nice to have the option to cook. "
