Description:
This nicely decorated home is located on the Spokane River outside of Coeur d'Alene. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and will sleep 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there is queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a full kitchen, private patio with river views, grassy yard to the river, dock, high speed internet, gas fireplace, window A/C unit, jetted tub, BBQ and Cable TV w/DVD.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $500 security damage deposit due at booking. If cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival there is a $300 cancellation fee taken from your initial deposit. If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival you are subject to full forfeiture of the initial deposit. Balance is charged 30 days prior. Discover cards are not accepted at this time. Additional 3% is charged to your reservation if you pay by credit card, waived if you mail a check. (May vary with packages)

Minimum Stay: 3-7

Check In/Out: 3:00pm/12:00 pm Noon
