Description:
This newly rebuilt home is beautifully furnished and secluded in the trees. It is located near the Golf Course. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs - 1 bedroom and 1 bath downtstairs. Guests will enjoy use of the pool table, wireless internet and cable TV with DVD. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure.
