Description:
Bearly Heaven is a three bedroom, two bathroom, one level home located in the Woodlands Subdivision. Access to a common area, which includes an outdoor seasonal pool and tennis courts, is provided with the home. A country decor with a bear theme is reflected throughout the house. The home will sleep 8 people with two queen beds, a trundle and a Lazy Boy Sofa Sleeper. This home is located next to Sabala Sports Field. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)
