Have fun in the meadow playing horseshoes or roasting 'mellos around the fire pit. Relax on the back deck or in the hot tub and enjoy the deer and beautiful scenic views. Fall asleep to the sounds of the creek rushing by. Stay and play in this lovely moutain home! You must be 25 or older to rent this property. DURING JULY AND AUGUST THIS RENTAL REQUESTS 5+ DAYS, BUT PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FOR EXCEPTIONS. NO FIRE PIT USE FOR REMAINDER OF SUMMER UNTIL OCTOBER 1.
Parking area is large enough for an RV and there is lots of room on the acre lot for play and solitude.

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required at booking. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance if forfeited. $50 change fee if you change cabins. There is a two-night minimum on all properties. There may be a different minimum stay requirement during Holiday periods.
PLEASE NOTE: 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY DURING OUR WINTER MONTHS TO GET TO CABINS.
