The jewel in this crown is the wonderful geothermal swimming pool just a step outside the door. Natural hot springs flow year 'round to keep your own private paradise warm and cozy. Bring your family or bring some friends as this house can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. "Warm Springs" has one king bed, one queen bed and 2 futons inside the home. The guest room off the pool has 2 futons to sleep 4 additional people. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit required at booking. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance if forfeited. $50 change fee if you change cabins. There is a two-night minimum on all properties. There may be a different minimum stay requirement during Holiday periods.
PLEASE NOTE: 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY DURING OUR WINTER MONTHS TO GET TO CABINS.
