Description:
This new townhome (approx. 2400 SqFt) features three bedrooms and a bonus room. Bear Country is located on the golf course and near the city recreation fields. This townhome is near Davis Beach and located right next door to Fairway Lodge. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "This home is great for families with kids. Location is good. However, we found it poorly stocked. For example, 4 shakers of pepper but no salt. Minimal plastic wrap, etc. "

"Very nice house..great location, close to town and lake but still away from things so you feel like you have privacy. Patio looking out on golf course with hot tub was fantastic! We had 12 adults in the house-would probably be better suited for 3 families with kids as the upstairs is a bunk room and from what I was told by some of the other guests the beds upstairs were not very comfortable."
