Description:
This spacious new home in Spring Mountain Ranch features an open floor plan and has privileges to the Spring Mountain Ranch amenities, which include seasonal outdoor pool and tennis, and year round hot tub and fitness room.
The main floor has hardwood floors, a bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom in the hallway with stall shower, and large great room with floor to ceiling windows. The living room has a commanding river rock gas fireplace, comfortable furniture that will seat 7, dining table with 7 chairs, and large kitchen with 3 stools at the island.
Upstairs is an open loft with a wood bannister with sofa and chair. There are two very large bedroom suites on either side of a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a pocket door to a private sink and vanity areas, then another door leading to the shared toilet and tub/shower room. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, and the other large bedroom has a queen sized bed.
This home is near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has lots of trees in the backyard, with natural landscaping in the front yard and several very large boulders. Though in a golf course neighborhood, there are no golf course views. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.

"We have stayed at this location before and everything has always been in working order. The only negative was that the knives were all very dull, making it hard to perform simple chopping, paring, etc."

"The Home was very nice and clean. Our major complaint is that there are no window blinds or curtains in the bathrooms or upstairs bedrooms. Not only is this a huge privacy issue but there is nothing to block out the morning sun. The Television is also inadequate. It worked fine but is outdated and too small for a nicer property. Lastly, 2 of the bathrooms have no heat which forces you to keep the bathroom door open to the 2 upstairs bedrooms to try to get it warmed up. A home at this price range certainly should be able to provide these expected features."

"We had three couples staying at the cabin. It had perfect accomodations for six people, and we really couldn't think of anything that we would change or complain about !! Beautiful setting, quiet, and everything we needed to accomodate the six of us !!"
