This custom home is located in Spring Mountain Ranch. This spacious home sits on the 5th hole tee-box of the Cedar Nine at McCall Golf Course. It features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, fireplace, TV with VCR & DVD, washer and dryer and a two car garage. This home has access to the Spring Mountain Ranch Clubhouse seasonal swimming pool, fitness center and year-round hot tub. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

change without notice) In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 1 lotion, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "W e had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and quite comfortable. We were a bit confused by the gas fireplace at first, but, worked it out. The bed downstairs was way too small for two people and the queen bed upstairs was very hard and uncomfortable. Despite this issue we would stay again(and hope it is fixed)."

"Home was beautiful- great views.
The downstairs bedroom had only a full bed. All beds upstairs were uncomfortable--very hard. Could use more silverware, utensils, etc. in kitchen and nicer bathroom towels."

"The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, were nicely furnished and appointed and felt close to new. Deck and BBQ were also a plus. We had two couples at the house . With only one queen bed and set of bunk beds, the sleeping arrangements were not ideally suited. The bunk bed room had limited hanging, drawer space. Overall, a very nice accomodation with one big complaint...the queen bed was hard as a rock and one couple out of the two could not sleep in it. The bunk beds were only a bit better."

"The facility was brand new and in a great location. Unfortunately, it obviously hadn't been used or cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dead moths and flies on the floor and countertops and all the furniture was covered in dust. The landscaping hadn't been done yet either (no grass, just large chunks of dirt. "
