$195 → September 4 - December 23, 2013  Travel Insurance: The cost for insurance is 6.95%. This covers guests if they have to shorten their stay, if weather prohibits their travel, if they have a medical emergency or accident. They can be life flighted out, there is no medical deductable and covers emergency room care. It is a very comprehensive medical and travel insurance policy. It is not mandatory they take the insurance, but if a guests cancel their plans, we will no longer be able to give refunds or allow for date changes.

Description:
One of the few 4-bedroom homes located near the golf course as well as having access to the Discovery chairlift for ski-in/ski-out access. It is a beautifully decorated 2500sf, custom home located in a wooded setting on a private circular lane with very few other homes. During the summer months, you are only a five minute walk to the Lodge and the first tee of the Osprey Meadows golf course. Outdoors, a large covered deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture extend the living space and includes a hot tub. The mud room has full size washer/dryer and boot storage. The oversized two-car garage is equipped with ski and board storage and allows the guest plenty of room for parking. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
