This three bedroom chalet is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and has an oversized wrap-around deck, covered veranda style, with outdoor fireplace, deck furniture, gas grill and step down deck to the private hot tub. Located in a prime setting, with views of Lake Cascade, Osprey Meadows Golf Course and situated on the central hiking, biking and cross-country trail.
This chalet has an oversized two car garage with wall heater and large driveway allowing for comfortable SUV guest parking with room for a trailer. The main level of the home has an open floor-plan with wood-burning fireplace, formal dining area, granite countertops and kitchen island style bar seating and a fully furnished living room. A fully equipped functional kitchen allows you to cook and serve a formal meal. Two bedrooms are located on the main level. A queen-bedded suite with private full bath as well as a second bedroom with twin beds. There is a full bath located in the hallway plus washer/dryer. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper level with a gas fireplace, private bath, with sunken tub and tiled shower, and a king bed. A queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room should you require extra bedding. TV`s are located in each bedroom and you`ll find both Master bedroom and Living room TV`s with DVD players. Floor coverings are a combination of broadboard Tamarack pine, tile and carpet. Baseboard mounted forced air heating in the kitchen and all bathrooms. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: Guest understands that a $200 deposit plus insurance is required when the reservation is confirmed. The final balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the credit card on file. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties. Once reservation has passed the 24 hours grace period, an admin fee of $75 will be charged on any cancellations and the remainder refunded. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are considered under full cancellation penalty with no grace period. Guest understands they are under full commitment when booking within 30 days of arrival. We suggest travel insurance if you feel your plans may change. (May vary with packages)

Supplies provided by management company: (Subject to
change without notice) Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags (extras bags be found in the bottom of the trash can), dish cloths and sponges. Creamers, sugars, basket filters for coffee maker (some may not require them). You will find a packet for morning coffee and teas for that first morning. Body and bath soaps, laundry detergent, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, matches and fire starters. Each bathroom is equipped with a set of towels based on the amount of individuals the home sleeps. As we don’t allow our homes to be overslept, you will not find additional sets of towels or sheets. You will find two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a bar of facial soap and body soap. Extra light-bulbs and batteries for the remotes should they go out during your stay are normally found in a top kitchen drawer, or coffee table drawer or above the refrigerator. A bundle of wood is supplied during the winter months (Nov-Mar) for wood-burning fireplaces. Propane for grills.

"The cabin itself was great, very nice views, but it was not clean. There was animal hair EVERYWHERE and the sheets/pillowcases were not clean."
