Description:
This tastefully decorated cabin has a great room with vaulted ceilings, a huge river rock fireplace, corner sofa, hardwood floors and lots of windows. The kitchen is modern and has a small breakfast nook. The bedroom has pole furniture and warm bedding. This cabin shares a common patio area with the Getaway and the Villa, has a private hot tub and BBQ inside a unique fence with pine trees carved on top of it.

The Hill Side cabins (Backwoods,Getaway, Sumnit and Villa) are a great retreat for a couple or a large group. Rent all 4 together, They are located uptown Kellogg. Walking distance.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one nights lodging is required to guarantee your reservation. You may send a check or guarantee with a Visa, Master Card or Amex. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation prior to two weeks before your check-in date you will receive a full refund less $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations made after that will be penalized one night's lodging. During holidays and summer season, within 30 days, 1/2 of total stay will be nonrefundable. (May vary with packages)

All linens are also provided and laundry soap (in applicable units). Firewood is provided for the properties that have wood-burning fireplaces. LP gas is provided for the gas bbq�s.
