Come and enjoy the very best our part of the country has to offer! It is nestled in an easy to access but private and pristine part of Idaho's world-renowned wilderness.
This three-bedroom cabin can accommodate up to eleven adventurous travelers. It has a large grassy front yard with views of pines, aspen trees and pastureland from the front porch. The living room is large and comfortable with a big sectional sofa, several wing chairs, Direct TV and VCR, and the antique looking gas stove heats which heats the house. The eat-in kitchen has lots of counter space and full sized appliances and a washer and dryer in the closet. The kitchen table has 8 chairs.
The spacious master bedroom on the main floor and is accessible through the kitchen - it has a king bed and windows on 3 walls for lots of natural light. The one full bathroom is in the hallway between the living room and the kitchen and has a tub and shower. Go up the narrow, carpeted stairs through the living room to get to the 2 large bedrooms upstairs under the eaves. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a twin bed, and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds, a table and chairs and lots of shelves and storage. A small half bath with toilet and sink is at the top of the stairway between the 2 bedrooms.
The front porch has a gas BBQ and several lawn chairs for relaxing. There is plenty of parking in gravel driveway for snowmobile or horse trailers, and pastures are available for your horses to graze.
Grandma's Cabin is the perfect place. A cozy Idaho log cabin, filled with all the amenities, but just minutes away from cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, and both Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. Guest can snowmobile, cross country ski and snowshoe from the home.
It is only a short distance to restaurants, stores and services in Island Park if you want to sneak away for an espresso or some extra groceries.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Grandmas Cabin Cancellation and other policies:
Cancellation Policy: 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 45 days then you forfeit the total amount of the reservation. Guest is asked to pay by check upon arrival and a credit card is required to make the reservation. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 2 or 3 depending on season
Check In/Out: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: Island Park - A map will be provided to the cabin upon check in.

"the cabin was well-kept. It was very cleaned, had all of the items we needed and it was well-organized. It's in a very quiet location; it was quite a distance for us to/from Y'stone so we may stay closer to Y'stone next time. The only recommendation I would have is to do more 'gardening' around the cabin to eliminate the messy look of it; also, it may eliminate the bugs if some of the brush is gone."

"Great cabin with an incredible amount of space. My kids, husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law all enjoyed it (a rarity in this group). Very neat and clean. Although the ad said to bring your own groceries, the cabinets were well stocked with many things you would normally have to purchase at another cabin. I would like to rent this cabin again next summer."
